The continuous and rather large investment we make in the promotion of our parks generates an exceptional response from those looking to holiday in Wales and Cornwall. On the back of this, and aided by our website and brochures, our friendly team help the owners of holiday homes that we manage to sublet their caravans. They will handle all the paperwork, collect all monies, field all issues and arrange for any maintenance that may be required from time to time, with little need to bother you.
For a small management fee we can help your holiday home to produce a nice little income that can contribute to the costs of your annual trips out to visit us and all the friends and fun you’re sure to have down here.

Part Exchange
If you already have a caravan, fantastic! You could use this in part exchange to increase your budget and your ability to afford a more luxurious holiday home.
Whether you have a tourer or a static caravan at a park anywhere in the country, we’d be delighted to assess its value to us as a part exchange. It really does not matter how old it is, or how long it’s been since it was last cleaned out – we’ll consider virtually any age or condition in an effort to help you to step up to something a little more special at one of our parks.
Because we have our own transport company, your caravan can be collected from anywhere in the country. All we’d ask is that you disconnect your static caravan or tourer, remove all of your belongings and have it ready for us to take away.
